6. Teletherapy and Virtual Services
The FBN Company may provide therapy, counselling, or consulting services through secure video, telephone, or other electronic communication platforms (“Teletherapy Services”).
By participating in Teletherapy Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Teletherapy Services are subject to the same professional standards, ethical obligations, and confidentiality requirements as in-person services
- Teletherapy Services may not be appropriate for all individuals or all clinical situations
- Technical difficulties, interruptions, or limitations in technology may occur and may impact service delivery
- Teletherapy Services are not suitable for emergency or crisis situations
Clients receiving psychotherapy services in Ontario acknowledge that services are provided in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), including requirements related to informed consent, privacy, record-keeping, and clinical competence.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are located in a jurisdiction where Teletherapy Services may be lawfully provided at the time of each session.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of The FBN Company unless otherwise stated.

The FBN Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, acts of war, government actions, power failures, or internet and system outages.
