As Clinical Director and Co-Founder of Feel Better Now Psychotherapy & Counselling, I bring both clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to our practice. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and certified Clinical Supervisor with a deep belief that effective therapy begins with curiosity, empathy, and genuine understanding.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to ease emotional distress and provide the tools needed to create meaningful, lasting change. Over the years, I have supported clients from diverse cultural, religious, and lifestyle backgrounds, helping them navigate a wide range of mental health challenges.

With over 20 years of experience as an educator, I bring a deep understanding of personal growth, learning, and wellness into my therapeutic practice. I provide therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, school or workplace stress, and executive functioning difficulties. My approach centers on building a strong, trusting connection where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. Together, we create tailored strategies to strengthen resilience, foster growth, and enhance overall well-being. As a South Asian Canadian, I also bring a multicultural perspective, valuing and respecting the diverse experiences that shape each individual’s story. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, but taking this step is an act of courage. I am here to support you in unlocking your potential and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Using a person-centred approach, I integrate motivational interviewing and solution-focused strategies to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen confidence, and overcome life’s challenges.
